It is always interesting to read about others this way...and to see what is similar, the same, and different.
Thank you

Ah--the James Lipton/Inside the Actor's Studio Meme. I love this one. I've added a couple categories...
No pressure on the wit there... Here's hoping my witty gene kicks in.
3 smells that I love:
- Clean laundry washed in Tide and Clorox 2
- This is a tie: the ocean, especially after it rains, and the forest. That piney, earthy smell is really something.
- BACON. The smell of bacon frying. Yum! I could rub that stuff all over my body and be in hawg heaven. Bacon. Mmmm, mmmm, mmmm. Bacon.
3 smells that I hate:
- Dirty, unwashed bodies. Very unattractive.
- Sour diary products.
- Whatever the smell is that has permeated the HVAC system in my car. Smells like a small animal crept up on my engine block and peed. Really gross.

- Managing editor
- Policy wonk
- Cashier
3 movies that I could watch over and over:

3 websites I visit daily:

Who am I tagging?
Well, I hate to be a party pooper, but no one. I've tagged my friends so many times, they're sending me to group therapy for people addicted to tagging.
Hi, my name is Janet and I'm a meme-aholic... Do you guys serve donuts here?
SML,

Thanks for doing the meme thing for me, everyone!

Hi Mary Lisa,
I stumbled upon your blog today out of looking for my old blog that I have lost a few years back now. My name is Mary Lisa too! (offering high five)
So I read some of your blog about you leaving the Mormon church and was curious about that. I am not Mormon, nor have any attachment of any religious affiliation any more. For me I feel as if I have evolved past that. I was born into a Catholic family but at the age of 54 I have memories of being very young and sitting in Catholic school and as the nuns were spoon feeding the daily dose of propaganda that even at the age of 5 I knew it wasn't right. But like all good children, I kept mum about it and just considered myself disobedient.
Life experiences have formed my beliefs to date which are minimal at best in the belief of a God. At least not in the traditional sense.
So Mary Lisa I am curious about your descent from Mormonism. I know little about being Mormon but did have the opportunity to visit Salt Lake. My one trip there for a few days I found the scenery heavenly, the food was awesome and the people open and friendly. But each night I was there, I had the worst dreams, something about the place haunted me. I couldn't quite put my finger on it.
I don't know if you connect with your blog daily anymore, as I am blog iliterate but I am hoping you find this comment. When you do, I hope you will write to me. I would like to pick your brain a bit if you don't mind. marylisaz@yahoo.com
