What was I thinking?

I wore a turtleneck today, without thinking about the fact I'd be entering a bunch of invoices into my computer and also paying payables. This means a whole lot of looking back and forth between my stack of invoices and my monitor.

My neck is being rubbed raw. Damn.

The good news is, I'm getting a lot done. There is that.

***Edited to add that I just looked outside, and see that it's snowing. Again. It snowed on Monday enough that I actually had to scrape my car off at lunchtime. Maybe the turtleneck's not such a bad thing after all. Ugh.

snow? it's work season, not snow season . . . I hate to hear that, because we get the weather you had, delayed by a couple days.

*rethinking previous comment*

(in hindsight, I am realizing that isn't, most likely, really you wearing the nun's habit in your avatar. Therefore, my comment may not be as funny as it sounded in my head. LOL)

God! I'm glad it's Friday!

Well, frost on the cars and grass this morning, but no snow, thank jeebus.

You people in warmer climates are lucky devils.

Phoenix Touch, no, sadly, that avatar isn't a photo of me. I wish I looked that good! Heh.

I'm thinking that knowing snow blows in under your office door the turtleneck was a damn good idea.

I just finished reading your posts from the past year or so. What a story! And how I relate to so many things - I also doubted the church for many of the same reasons you list. I also conceived a child out of wedlock and then married a non-mormon.

I've been able to make my peace with my doubts though and returned to church. I won't ever be the same "Molly" that I was before, but I am able to take what I need from the church instead of the other way around. There is good there, imo, and I want it for me and my kids.

I just wanted to stop by and thank you for sharing your story. So many times while reading I thought, Wow, I've so been there. I'm glad you've found peace. And best of luck with your art. I hope you can make a career of it someday!

We even had snow here in the temperate Willamette valley, last Sunday. My wife ran outside to dust off the lettuce seedlings when she saw it, then cursed the weather godess/

I have to say that I am really glad that I am not in Montana to enjoy the snow with you!

I will wager you looked damn good in that turtleneck.

Okay, it's a week later. Now what are you thinking? And has it finally stopped snowing? (Insane weather you intermountain folks have had this year.)
