He's just doing this to remind you who's really in charge around your house!

You're supposed to leave him a copy of the Book of Mormon if he wants to rough house!

Bad dog! Bad bad dog! No celestial kingdom dog bone for you! Bad bad!

That one book he shredded cost as much as he cost. Just sayin'...

Chewie has an extraordinary sense of timing, doesn't he?? How did he know to juxtapose his naughtiness in such a timely fashion? That dog is a literary genius.

(Sorry about your book, tho :-( )

I have lost shoes, bras, a Parlour Palm, but I'm not sure I've had a literary pup.

Run, Chewie, run
See, Chewie, run fast.

Sid is right, give him a couple of Book Of Mormons. He'll be bored out of his mind and leave the good books alone.
Obviously he is a dog with good taste and he gets into his reading.
I must brag for a moment and mention the fact that my dog doesn't chew things up. She has never destroyed anything in our house. Even when she was a puppy. I often wonder how she knows what she's allowed to play with and what she's not. My kids leave all their toys out, their stuffed animals, etc... and she leaves them alone. Now if I actually give her a stuffed animal, she shreds it. I guess she just knows that when I hand her something, it's hers. Yes, she's perfect. ;)

He's damn lucky it wasn't one of my game rule books or he'd be in the "REAL" doghouse the little shit!

Oh I remember when my dog did something similar! I had to leave the house when I found her and my destroyed books! On the up-side she did live a long an happy 17 years, thanks to my walking away and counting to 100 several times when she was about 8 months old :)

I feel your pain sister. I stepped out of the shower the other day to find that my adorable son had pulled one of my unscratched, pristine cover, record albums which I have preserved for 17 years, out in the yard with mud on it.

Out of all the records that he could have been destroyed it is one that is harder to replace......sigh

Sideon is funny! Hey sis, did dad ever lock you in the bathroom and force you to read the Book of Mormon when he thought you did something bad? Ohhhhh I hated that! Miss ya ;)
