Make a note...

The pretty striped red tin of Costco's Kirkland brand European Cookies with Belgian Chocolate is NOT a cool gift to give. For my workplace, it's like the holiday fruitcake. We have vendors and business associates gifting our firm stuff like crazy, and we just received our third red tin.

Is it just me or is a Costco brand bulk item a cheesy gift to give? We paid over $170,000 this year alone to one of the vendors who gifted us this, and in thanks we get a $12 tin of stale cookies.

Huh.

I just don't get it.

They're cheap, SML, they're cheap. That's why. And, unfortunately, they're relatively untasty.

Ciao.

Great. Now I have to run out and get a tin to see what all the hubub is about.

It's either those cookies or one of those huge tins of 3 kinds of artificially flavored popcorn. Both GROSS. I'd rather get an e-card.

Must be the economy. A lot of Costco gifts would be yummy indeed (Cheesecake?) but that is not one of them.

That is soooooooooo wrong. A tin of bleeping cookies? Those cookies could survive an atomic bomb blast. Some people have zero class and no conscience.
